Good Luck Bear is one of the Care Bears and is green with a shamrock or four-leaf clover on his tummy. His play piece accessory is the Happy-Go-Lucky Shovel.
According to a promotional brochure from 1984, "Good Luck Bear's four-leaf clover brings lots of luck to everyone."
On a poster with a saying for each Care Bear, Good Luck Bear says:
"Today could be your lucky day!...That's my motto. Especially when we get a chance to meet and look for four-leaf clovers, horse shoes and maybe even a rabbit's foot or two."
