Baby Tugs Bear is one of the Care Bears and is a blue baby with a white diaper. There's a yellow star in a diaper on his tummy. His play piece accessory is the Big Diggity Bucket.
According to a promotional brochure from 1984, "Baby Tugs Bear has a star nestled in a diaper, 'cause it's lots of fun to be the star attraction."
On a poster with a saying for each Care Bear, Baby Tugs Bear says:
"Don't let my babyish appearance fool ya'! Just like the other Care Bears, I'm big enough to take care of myself and my little sister, Baby Hugs Bear."
