How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order. US shipping applies to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship to Russia, the UK, or any countries in the EU. If you do not see your country listed in the drop-down menu of your cart, we do not ship to your country.
Because some countries have restrictions on what can be imported, please be sure to check the Country Conditions for Mailing for your particular country before making your purchase. If you purchase an item that cannot be mailed to your country, we will provide a full refund when cancelling the transaction and will credit the original method of payment.
All items purchased from our site are considered retail merchandise and will be marked as "Merchandise" on customs forms. The actual dollar amount of your purchase will also be listed on the form. In compliance with federal mail regulations, we are not able to mark items as "gifts" or list a reduced dollar amount on the customs form.
The total of your item price plus shipping does not include any additional taxes and customs fees that your country may charge. Buyers are responsible for knowing what additional fees their country may charge and for paying these fees. Orders refused or unclaimed at customs are not eligible for refunds.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days after making your purchase.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Parcel Post. For orders within the US, your package may take 5-7 business days after being shipped to arrive.
International shipping times vary, but can range from 1-6 weeks or longer, depending on depending on the season and each country's processing time at customs.
You'll receive a tracking number when your order has shipped so you can track your package. This information can be also be found by logging in to your account.
Is expedited shipping available?
If you need to have your order expedited, please contact us before placing your order to see if your request can be met. Please note that there are additional charges for expedited shipping.
