This vintage Care Bears miniature figurine is "Tenderheart Bear Holding Heart-Shaped Balloons." Tenderheart Bear is brown with a red heart on his tummy and is sitting down with his eyes shut. He's holding two heart-shaped balloons, one is green and the other is pink with green hearts.
The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1983."
Tenderheart Bear is in good condition.
