This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Cheer Bear Painting a Rainbow." Cheer Bear is pink with a rainbow on her tummy. She holds a paintbrush in one hand and a can of paint in the other, both are painted rainbow colors
Cheer Bear has a few paint rubs but is otherwise in very nice vintage condition.
The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1983."
