This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Grumpy Bear Trying Not to Get Wet." Grumpy Bear is blue with a rain cloud on his tummy and holds a small pink and yellow umbrella or parasol that's clearly too small to keep him dry.
Grumpy Bear is in good vintage condition and would look cute on display or as a cake topper.
The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1983."
