This vintage Hallmark pin features a large white plastic heart with a tic-tac-toe design on the front. The pin has three hearts that used to light up and flash, but the light-up feature no longer works.

The pin is in good condition except for some scuffs and dirt on the back. The back slides off to reveal the battery compartment. The light-up feature was originally powered by two 390/389 batteries, but did not light up when tested with new batteries.

The back of the pin is marked "1989 Hallmark Cards, Inc."
