This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Professor Cold Heart Trying to Freeze Your Feelings." Professor Cold Heart is standing on top of a white heart-shaped base. He has an angry expression and has one hand balled into a fist while his other hand holds his Frozen Meanie Mug. He wears a blue outfit with a red and white striped scarf.
Professor Cold Heart has a scuff on his forehead and some pink highlighter marks on the back of his head, but is otherwise in good vintage condition.
The figurine has a hole in the bottom and is marked "AGC 1984."
