This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Tenderheart Bear Giving Himself a Hug." Tenderheart Bear is brown with a red heart on his tummy. He has his arms wrapped around himself and his eyes squeezed shut as he gives himself a big hug.
Tenderheart Bear has some paint rubs and shows some minor play wear, most of the paint is rubbed off his nose.
The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1983."
