This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Wish Bear Making Wishes Come True." Wish Bear is aqua blue with a yellow shooting star on her tummy and is holding a yellow genie lamp. Her eyes are squeezed shut in a sweet expression.
The figurine has tiny brown dots in various places, as shown in the photos. It's otherwise in good vintage condition.
The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1984."
