Baby Hugs Bear is one of the Care Bears and is a pink baby with a white diaper and a pink star and yellow heart on her tummy. Her play piece accessory is the Sweet Lickity Lollipop.
According to a promotional brochure from 1984, "Baby Hugs Bear has a star tucked in a heart to say that anytime's right for a great big hug."
On a poster with a saying for each Care Bear, Baby Hugs Bear says:
"Giving great big hugs to everyone makes me feel terrific! I love to hug all the Care Bears, especially my favorite "big" brother, Baby Tugs Bear!"
