This vintage Care Bears toy is Baby Hugs Bear. She's pink and wears a little white diaper. Her tummy symbol is a pink heart with a yellow star in it, and she has poseable arms and legs and a little pink curl of hair on top of her head.
Since she's a baby, Baby Hugs Bear is smaller than the other full-size Care Bears. She has a big brother named Baby Tugs Bear, who is blue.
Baby Hugs Bear has some paint rubbed off her nose and a paint rub on her tummy. She also has a yellow mark on her face, as shown in the 4th photo.
The back of her leg is marked "AGC 84."
