Blueberry Muffin Strawberry Shortcake doll with Cheesecake mouse petBlueberry Muffin is one of Strawberry Shortcake's friend. She has purple eyes and blue hair pulled into pigtails. Her classic outfit includes a blue hat tied on with purple ribbon, a blue dress with checked sleeves, green and white striped tights, and dark blue shoes. Her pet mouse, Cheesecake, wears a little blue apron.

Blueberry Muffin was one of the First Issue dolls and also appeared as a classic doll with a pet, as a Sweet Sleeper doll, and a Berry Baby doll.

Blueberry Muffin and Cheesecake were included in the Strawberryland Miniatures and Deluxe Strawberryland Miniatures lines, and Cheesecake was made into a stuffed animal in the Soft Animal Friends line.

In 2016 and 2017, two Classic Reissue versions of Blueberry Muffin were released. The 2016 version was sold in a set with a Strawberry Shortcake doll. It included a pet, no hat, a slightly different dress, and socks instead of shoes. The 2017 version was more similar in appearance to the original doll except that her hat was made of fabric and didn't have a blueberry on it. The 2017 version did not include Cheesecake.
